Dear Colleagues,

the 3^rd Edition of the CTO & CHIP DACH Meeting has concluded with great success. The feedback clearly shows how valuable the direct exchange and the strong practical focus of the course were.

The ten live cases from the cath labs of Klinikum Fürth, accompanied by concise presentations and dedicated sessions on complication management, innovations, and new tools and materials for CHIP and CTO interventions, once again demonstrated the importance of this meeting for advancing complex coronary interventions and CTO-PCI.

The open and interactive atmosphere was highlighted by many participants – supported by the natural mix of German and English that facilitated dialogue between local and international attendees and faculty.

We thank all participants, the faculty, and our partners for contributing to this excellent outcome.
